Terms of Use

These terms explain the rules for using Street Music Studios, including plans, credits, collaboration, provider workflows, and review responsibilities before public release.

Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of Street Music Studios, including the marketing site, dashboard, collaboration tools, billing surfaces, marketplace workflows, and related features.

Effective date: March 22, 2026.

Accounts and eligibility

You must be legally permitted to use the service where you live and must provide accurate account and billing information.

You are responsible for maintaining control of your account, keeping credentials secure, and managing the permissions granted to team members or providers inside your workspace.

Permitted use and restrictions

You may use the platform to create, organise, review, and manage music-related projects, content, release plans, files, analytics, and authorised marketplace services.

You may not use the platform for unlawful activity, rights infringement, impersonation, harmful content distribution, unauthorised account access, fraud, abusive automation, or attempts to disrupt the service, bypass plan limits, or interfere with security controls.

Plans, payments, and credits

Subscriptions, credits, and add-ons are billed according to the plan or purchase flow you select. Credits are usage units for eligible features and may be subject to plan limits, expiry rules, anti-abuse controls, or other operational limits disclosed in the product or checkout flow.

Except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise, subscription fees, top-ups, and service purchases are generally non-refundable once provided, consumed, or reserved.

Marketplace services

Marketplace services may be delivered by independent providers. Street Music Studios may support discovery, booking, payment handling, messaging, moderation, and workflow coordination, but does not automatically become the creator, owner, or publisher of provider-delivered work unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

Artists and buyers are responsible for reviewing scope, rights, deliverables, revisions, deadlines, and suitability before approving provider work or using it in a public release.

Content, rights, and review responsibilities

You retain rights in the material you upload or create, subject to any permissions you grant to collaborators, providers, or distributors through your own actions.

You grant Street Music Studios the limited rights necessary to host, process, store, display, transmit, secure, and improve the service features you choose to use.

AI-assisted outputs, release metadata, campaign plans, and generated content should be reviewed by a human before distribution, publication, or commercial use.

Service availability and disclaimers

We may update, suspend, or retire features over time, including beta tools, experiments, or provider integrations. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every feature will remain unchanged.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an as-available basis, and you remain responsible for independent business, legal, tax, rights, and release decisions related to your work.

Termination and additional rights

We may suspend or terminate access where needed to protect the platform, enforce these terms, prevent harm, comply with law, or respond to non-payment, fraud, or repeated misuse.

If you are covered by mandatory consumer protections, those rights continue to apply. If your purchase is made under a separate written order form or enterprise agreement, that agreement controls where it conflicts with these public terms.
